Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Publish King. We stand behind the quality of our physical USB products and the digital content they contain. We have a strict no-refund policy once a USB drive has been unsealed or used. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will address issues in accordance with this policy.

2. Definitions

  • “Product” refers to a physical USB drive containing digital media (music albums, movies, ebooks, religious content) sold by Publish King.

  • “Defective Product” refers to a USB drive that is physically damaged, non-functional, or contains corrupted or unreadable data upon first use.

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.

  • Incompatibility with your device. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device has a USB port and can read the standard file formats (e.g., MP4, MP3, PDF) provided.

  • If the sealed packaging of the USB drive has been opened or the product has been used.

We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund For:

  • Defective Products: If your USB drive is dead on arrival (DOA) or the content is corrupted and unreadable.

  • Incorrect Product Shipped: If you received a different title or product than what you ordered.

  • Faulty USB Drive: If the physical USB drive is malfunctioning and prevents access to the content.

4. Process for Reporting a Defective or Incorrect Product

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a defective/incorrect product, you must:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product at support@publishking.com.my with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence: You may be asked to provide a photo or short video demonstrating the defect (e.g., the USB not being recognized, error messages when accessing files).

  3. Return the Product: If we determine a return is necessary, we will provide a return shipping address. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund. If approved, we will process the replacement shipment immediately or initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

For products that are defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other non-eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
