6. Shipping and Delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Publish King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or Products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product(s) you purchased.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We warrant that the physical USB drive will be free from material defects for a period of 30 days from delivery. This warranty is void if the defect arises from accident, abuse, or misuse.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Publish King and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Content, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
